How long does a commission take?

Most commissions take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

What formats will I receive?

Digital commissions are delivered as high-resolution PNG and/or PSD files. Original pieces are shipped with authenticity certificate.

Can I request revisions?

Yes! You get up to 2 rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Gumroad, which accepts credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods.

Is the deposit refundable?

If you cancel before I start work, the deposit is fully refundable. After work begins, terms depend on the extent of progress.
